Welcome and thank you for visiting our website.

I am very passionate about nutrition and natural health. I have practiced medicine abroad for over 15 years. While practicing medicine, I realized the impact nutrition, herbs, and a healthy lifestyle on people’s health. Unfortunately, nutritional education simply wasn’t (and still isn’t) prioritized in the medical curriculum. So, I pursued my dream by studying Holistic Nutrition. Adding the nutritional piece of knowledge to my medical background was like adding the missed piece of the puzzle to the whole scene! It is a complementary knowledge and I am proud of having both of them.

I am an advocate that everyone should have the right to be informed about the natural approach to healing their health condition. I believe the nutritional approach supported with supplements and healthy lifestyle habits should be the first-go-to approach for preventing and managing a variety of health conditions.

I have had a thyroid issue which I had surgery for in September 2024. Previously,  I had been suffering with pain and other issues (too many to mention all of them) for the past 3 years due to the thyroid problems. I spoke with Angelic regarding my issues and she suggested some supplements as well as food prep suggestions and what foods are most beneficial. I started implementing her wellness plan and within 8 days I had drastic improvements! Every day gets better and better. Previously, I'd been to the emergency department in hospital and I've also seen internal medicine physicians regarding my issues and was told that they couldn't help me. She helped me!
